Your Role at Axual
As a Front-End Software Engineer, you’ll:
✅ Design and build elegant, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our real-time data platform
✅ Develop robust features using React and its ecosystem, ensuring top-notch performance and scalability
✅ Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex data into intuitive user workflows
✅ Apply strong UX design principles to create seamless and engaging user experiences
✅ Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that powers critical user interactions
✅ Participate in a cross-functional, agile team where ideas matter and ownership is key
What You Bring
🔹 5+ years of professional experience developing front-end applications, with a strong focus on React
🔹 Proven experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including pre-processors like Sass
🔹 Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices, with an eye for detail and usability
🔹 Experience consuming RESTful APIs using libraries like Axios
🔹 Familiarity with common front-end tooling (e.g., Vite, Vitest)
🔹 Experience with state management, form handling (e.g., Formik, Yup)
🔹 A strong product mindset — proud of what you build and care about the “why” behind it
Bonus Points For
⭐ Experience in a lead engineer or senior role, mentoring team members and driving technical directions
⭐ Experience with design tools and methodologies to improve UX further
⭐ Experience with authentication flows
⭐ Understanding of real-time data concepts or experience with WebSockets
