We are building the initial engineering team and you will join a very experienced founding team who for the last two decades have built world class network and communication technology companies that have sold for $270 million, $3.4 billion and most recently $700 million. We know how to challenge and disrupt an existing technology market and have fun on the way.

The Role

To design, research, re-engineer, prototype, build, implement, integrate, test and deliver front-end software solutions across web and mobile interfaces. The rest is in stealth.

Candidate Profile

We want to hire engineers who can question the 'status quo' and propose new and innovative ways to address old problems. We are not looking for any specific industry experience but you need to be a self-starter and willing to become proficient in new technologies and tools quickly. We are looking for the person who is not afraid to take on responsibility leading the development for areas of the product and to try out new ideas.

You will be a passionate technologist with impressive programming abilities. You're not committed to any one tool, but like to use the right tool for the job. You have achieved excellent academic results from a leading university or can demonstrate some serious ninja skills. Desirable Skills and Experience

We are looking for software engineers with knowledge of either web or mobile development platforms and experience of creating applications that work seamlessly with REST back-ends. You will be passionate about developing a great experience for users and creating smooth, slick and resilient graphical interfaces.

Web developers will have an excellent knowledge of Javascript (ES6), HTML and CSS as well as experience of common frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue or Ember. You'll have extensively tested your applications and used frameworks such as Mocha or Cucumber. Ideally also you will have a good knowledge CSS preprocessors and build frameworks such as Webpack.

Mobile developers will have excellent knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Objective C or Swift and have extensive experience of Android or iOS development platforms. You will understand build systems such as Gradle and have used test frameworks such as Espresso, Appium or Calabash.
