Job Description

You will be an important member of the team, responsible for the production of web pages, e-mails and user interface elements in multiple formats and languages.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Scrum Master and Product Owner in the production of web pages and email templates using hand-edited and tool-generated HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript/ASP.

• Convert marketing content from InDesign, Microsoft Word and other formats to HTML and XML.

• Load marketing content into SQL databases for web publishing.

• Manipulate graphic files in Photoshop for web and e-mail content.

• Perform ongoing HTML validation, link verification, and site testing and take appropriate corrective action.

• Recommend and support a roll-out program of modern tools for efficient web content production.

• Participate actively in the scrum agile process and team activities.

Qualifications and skills:

• 4-6 years of relevant, related experience with on-line publishing and web design in a deadline-driven production environment.

• Expert HTML and CSS skills are required, (SASS and HTML5/CSS3 are highly preferred)

• Substantial experience programming JavaScript, JQuery experience desirable.

• Experience working with web pages built using ASP in the short term, with stored procedures and SQL databases is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
