Front-End Developer (+Product Designer)

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer (React) with a strong UX/UI mindset — someone who cares deeply about design quality, usability, and crafting delightful digital experiences to join our team. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, transforming ideas, wireframes, and prototypes into smooth, performant, and visually appealing user experiences.

You’ll be working closely with our Product Manager and a Junior Front-End Developer, forming a tight, collaborative trio responsible for bringing our product vision to life and continuously improving the user experience.

What will you be doing ?

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Junior Front-End Developer to define, design, and deliver new product features.

• Build scalable, maintainable, and accessible front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Translate and create Figma designs and prototypes into responsive and high-performance web experiences.

• Contribute to the design process, including ideation, wire framing, prototyping, and UI design improvements.

• Help maintain and evolve our design system and component library to ensure consistency across products.

• Participate in user testing and design reviews, providing valuable technical and UX feedback.

• Optimize the front-end for performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flows.

• Mentor and support the Junior Front-End Developer, sharing best practices and promoting clean, scalable code.

• Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement through code reviews, design critiques, and shared learnings.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in front-end development using React.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, component architecture, and responsive design.

• Experience with modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, MUI, etc.).

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a good design sensibility.

• Experience working with Figma

• Comfortable collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering).

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

• A proactive, curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve user experience and front-end quality.

• Bonus: PHP back-end framework (Laravel) & VueJS
