Front End Developer (Mid-Sr)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Front End Developer to join our growing team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to bring our products to life.

Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
•Implement responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and usability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into front-end applications.
•Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
•Apply performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and virtualization.
•Build and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to ensure UI reliability.
•Create data-driven visualizations using libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js.
•Implement secure authentication flows using mechanisms like OAuth and JWT.
•Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
•Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to front-end best practices.
•Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
•Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements
•3+ years of professional experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.
•Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
•Deep understanding of React, including React hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
•Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
•Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with tools like Redux, NPM, and modern build tools.
•Familiarity with performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and virtualization.
•Proficiency in unit testing and E2E testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
•Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js.
•Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.
•Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
•Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
•Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
•Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great user experience.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
•Experience with mobile-first development or hybrid frameworks (e.g., React Native).
•Familiarity with AWS services and serverless architectures.
•Knowledge of UI/UX design tools and principles.
•Experience working in agile environments.
•English and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
