Front-End Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, accessible, and visually stunning web applications. This role goes beyond simple UI coding; you will bridge the gap between design, backend data, and automated workflows. The ideal candidate is an expert in the React/Next.js ecosystem and is passionate about writing type-safe, scalable code while ensuring a world-class user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, utilizing App Router, Server Components, and API routes for optimal performance.
UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex Figma/design files into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces with a deep focus on layout fidelity, spacing, and smooth interactions.
Architecture & Reusability: Develop modular, reusable React components and maintain a consistent design system.
Data Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and integrate various Headless CMS platforms, including schema design.
Automation & Ops: Create and maintain automation flows using n8n and manage basic deployment tasks using PM2, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.
Growth & SEO: Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page best practices, structured data, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure maximum visibility.
Technical Requirements
Core Frontend: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Expert knowledge of responsive design, web performance optimization, and WCAG accessibility standards.
React & Next.js: Deep proficiency in modern React (Hooks, Context API, Suspense) and the Next.js framework (SSR, ISR, and Middleware).
TypeScript: Strong expertise in writing strict, type-safe code to ensure long-term maintainability.
Backend & Data: * Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Drizzle).
Experience designing and consuming schemas from Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity).
Workflow Automation: Experience with n8n or similar low-code automation tools to integrate external APIs and streamline business logic.
DevOps & Tools: * Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab) and collaborative branching strategies.
Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration, PM2 process management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
Precision: An "eye for design" and a commitment to UI/UX detail.
Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with Designers, SEO Specialists, and Stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to debugging performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
