Front-end Developer

We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and hybrid at locations: 

• Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi 
• Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang 

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on design specifications (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Build and maintain frontend components using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Implement and enhance server-side rendered (SSR) or backend-driven UI
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data rendering and dynamic content delivery
• Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS-driven solutions (including WooCommerce where applicable)
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and performance (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, asset optimization)
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Implement reusable UI components using ReactJS or Vue.js to enhance existing platforms (non-SPA architecture)
• Maintain high code quality standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development

Strong proficiency in:  

• HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience building responsive, pixel-perfect UI from design (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Hands-on experience working with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or backend-rendered UI (e.g., Razor, PHP templating, WordPress theme development)
• Good understanding of how frontend integrates with backend systems for data rendering and dynamic content generation
• Experience working with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce) or similar CMS-based architectures
• Familiarity with ReactJS or Vue.js for building reusable components (used as embedded/enhancement, not full SPA)

Strong knowledge of:  

• Cross-browser compatibility
• Responsive design
• DOM manipulation & browser APIs
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs (Axios/Fetch or similar)

Proven experience in:  

• Performance optimization (loading speed, lazy loading, asset optimization)
• Debugging and fixing production issues
• Basic backend understanding (e.g., PHP, .NET Razor, or similar) to support SSR workflows
