This is for our North Lot location, located a few miles north of Coaldale, AB.

What You’ll Do:

Process cattle: induction, re-handling, vaccinations, implants, ear tags, and weight recording

Sort cattle for marketing and move them safely within the feedlot

Maintain pens, equipment, and water bowls

Follow all safety and standard operating procedures

Communicate daily with feedlot manager, feed truck driver, and occasionally office staff or contractors

What We’re Looking For:

Reliability, attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork, initiative

Cattle handling and herd health knowledge

Basic computer skills and effective communication

Requirements:

High school diploma (asset)

Agriculture or feedlot experience (asset)

Class 5 driver’s license

Weekend availability

Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in all weather, generally 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary). Dress appropriately for conditions.
