Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the front reception area and ensuring that all visitors, clients, and employees experience a positive and professional first impression.  

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments in coordination with other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
