Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
