Job Description :We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain the calendar for meeting rooms.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
