We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage a wide variety of administrative tasks, handle communications efficiently, and maintain a smooth flow of information within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal calendar management.
• Maintain and update client records and office databases accurately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
