Front Desk Receptionist (Wellness Center) - Medellín

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a new wellness center in Medellín focused on sauna and ice bath experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys interacting with people, and cares about creating a welcoming and elevated in-person experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping set the tone for a calm, friendly, and wellness-focused environment.

You will support daily front desk operations, assist clients during their visits, and help maintain a smooth and organized flow throughout the space.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and front desk scheduling
• Guide clients through the experience and answer basic questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth client experience
• Handle client inquiries in person, via phone, and messaging channels
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure service quality and flow
• Process payments and track basic transactions

Requirements:
• Based in Medellín and available for on-site work (Calle 10)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or healthy lifestyle environments
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable handling in-person interactions throughout the day
• Basic tech skills (booking systems, messaging apps, payments)
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is a plus
• No college degree required
