We’re hiring a Front Desk Agent who can also provide part-time managerial and administrative support to our General Manager. This is not an Assistant GM role — but it is a higher-responsibility position with room for growth.
We need someone who is dependable, flexible, and hospitality-minded — someone who wants to join a strong team and be trusted with occasional leadership tasks.
What This Role Looks Like
Primary (Most of the Time): Front Desk Agent
Warm, professional check-ins and check-outs
Answering phones, assisting guests, resolving issues
Daily front desk operations
Keeping the desk clean, organized, and efficient
Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
Secondary (Part-Time): Operations Support for the GM
Assist with small managerial tasks: communication logs, simple reports, supply management, follow-ups
Support guest recovery situations when supervisor support is needed
Help reduce unnecessary manager coverage at the desk
Be a reliable “right hand” when the GM needs help
Ideal Candidate
Hotel experience strongly preferred
Extremely reliable & flexible with shift times and occasional last-minute coverage
Kind, respectful communicator with guests and team
Growth-minded — there is real opportunity to advance
Team player who fits into a warm, hard-working group
Detail-oriented & organized, comfortable with light admin tasks
Compensation
$18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Full-time hours with varied shifts
