We’re looking for someone who can own the front desk, create an amazing first impression, and keep the finance process smooth so customers can get on the road or trail faster.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced dealership, and can confidently move from welcoming customers at the front desk to structuring deals, presenting protection products, and getting paperwork signed.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll bounce between customer-facing energy and behind-the-scenes precision, including:

The Front Desk Side

Be the friendly face everyone sees first

Answer calls, greet walk-ins, and direct traffic like a pro

Keep the showroom experience polished and welcoming

Support scheduling, messages, and customer communication

Help sales, service, and parts stay connected with customers

The F&I Side

Receive and submit credit apps

Customer facing F&I paperwork processing

Structuring and processing F&I paperwork 

Coordinate with lenders and internal finance team

Ensure all finance documents are complete and prepared for funding. 

Understand and present any and all available back-end F&I products.

Safeguard customer confidential information and uphold company compliances
