Job Summary Join our team as a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor, handling 3 day/evening front desk shifts and 2 overnight audit shifts (11pm–7am). You will deliver warm, professional guest service while ensuring accurate financial reconciliation during night shifts. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you’ll work both collaboratively and independently in a spectacular mountain location.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties (Day/Evening Shifts)
Welcome guests, perform check-ins/outs, issue keys, and explain amenities & local attractions
Manage reservations (phone, online, walk-in) using WebRezPro
Provide concierge services, recommend activities, arrange bookings
Handle payments, cash/credit transactions, and folios
Answer phones, resolve minor complaints, coordinate with housekeeping
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Complete shift-end cash summaries
Night Auditor Duties (11pm–7am)
Provide friendly service to arriving/late-night guests (check-in/out, concierge)
Process reservations and telephone inquiries
Post room charges, taxes, and folios accurately
Verify and balance all daily accounts, resolve discrepancies
Run end-of-day audit, prepare financial reports
Conduct security walk-arounds and ensure building safety
Maintain clean work area; perform light public-area tasks (towel folding, tidying) during quiet periods
Follow all Occupational Health & Safety policies
Qualifications & Skills
Hospitality/guest service experience an asset
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (especially for audit work)
Basic computer skills; WebRezPro experience a plus (training provided)
Self-motivated, able to work independently overnight
Team player with professional appearance and positive attitude
Second language an asset (German, Dutch, French, Korean, Chinese, Japanese)
Valid Canadian work permit required
