Key Responsibilities:
• Perform smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or front desk setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software (PMS Opera is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
