1. Strong in OO design, and programming skills
2. Strong in Android SDK
3. Strong of XML and JSON.
4. Strong of MVC and other design patterns
5. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS
6. Experience on web service integration SOAP, REST, JSON, XML
7. Experience building web and native apps
8. Knowledge of using version control e.g. SVN
9. Knowledge of debugging and optimization of apps
10. Experience in Agile Scrum.
11. Good Verbal and Written communication
12. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technology
13. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
