French Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to enhance our customer support team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our French-speaking clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Your role will involve responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate documentation of each interaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are equipped with excellent communication skills to assist our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to French-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our helpdesk system
• Educate clients on product usage and provide support for software-related inquiries
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and support techniques

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
