Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Telecommunications Company. In this essential role, you will provide top-notch support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
Your fluency in French will be crucial as you help clients with their account management, service inquiries, and technical support, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our client's offerings.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in French through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service-related questions
• Provide technical support for issues related to telecommunications services
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Gather customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives for our services
• Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and product updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications or tech sector, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in telecommunications and technology
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
