Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leader in Smart Home Technology. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, guiding them through inquiries related to smart home products and technology.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you assist clients with understanding product features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an optimal user experience with their smart home devices. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the advantages of smart living solutions.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in French via phone, email, and chat, addressing smart home technology inquiries
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and setup of smart home devices
• Educate clients about product features and best practices for usage
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in smart home technology
Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in smart home technologies and a passion for assisting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
