Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, an Energy Company based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services and solutions.
Your fluency in French will be essentiel as you help clients understand their energy usage, billing inquiries, and available services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our commitment to sustainable energy practices.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat concerning energy-related inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about their accounts, billing, and energy usage
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to inform service improvements and product offerings
• Stay updated on energy regulations and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or utilities, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions and a commitment to helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
