Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Cryptocurrency Exchange, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide top-tier customer support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to cryptocurrency trading and exchange services.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you guide customers through the complexities of cryptocurrency transactions, answer their questions, and help them navigate our platform efficiently. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our cryptocurrency services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for cryptocurrency inquiries
• Assist clients with account setup, trading processes, and transaction queries
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to address complex customer issues
• Gather feedback from users to improve our platform and service quality
• Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency trends and exchange policies to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and a keen interest in cryptocurrency
• Experience in customer service, particularly in finance or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and eagerness to assist customers in this evolving market
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
