French speaking Client-facing Security Officer

The CISO division spearheads our company's security strategy, ensuring robust protection for both our assets and those of our clients. This division oversees all aspects of information security, from policy development to incident response. Our Global Security Services and Automation team excels in gathering diverse security requirements from clients and delivering top-tier security infrastructure, tools, and operations at scale.

Your key tasks

• Engaging with clients, particularly financial institutions, to discuss and understand their security requirements and concerns
• Coordinating security audits and assessments for clients, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Developing and presenting tailored security solutions and services to meet client needs
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security-related matters
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client security requirements are integrated into service delivery
• Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients on security best practices and compliance
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and regulatory requirements affecting the financial industry
• Leading incident response efforts and conducting post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences
• Organizing tabletop exercises with both clients and our teams

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role within the fintech industry
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, vulnerability management, and PAM
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), as well as asset management and risk assessment solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical clients
• Fluent in English and high proficiency in French is essential
