Job Summary

We are looking for a native French-speaking Sales Development Representative with a strong background in recruitment, SaaS, or both. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-touch sales and account management services to clients across the UK and Europe. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple client needs simultaneously, deliver results consistently, and operate with ownership and ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects

• Manage outbound and inbound sales activities with a focus on account growth and retention
• Provide structured onboarding and ongoing client management
• Use tools like Salesloft and Salesforce to track progress and optimize performance
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals, updates, and responses to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on product and service offerings
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and upselling

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach

• Native French speaker with professional fluency in English
• Proven background in recruitment, SaaS, or both
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Salesloft
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
