French Language Specialist

Candidate should preferably have some degree like BA, MA (not diploma) in French language. If it is only diploma from the Alliance Française, it should not be less than C1,C2 (considered as the advanced diploma in French proficiency)

2. Candidate should have experience of direct verbal interaction with native French speakers. We are part of French MIM team and we are only team handling major incidents during the non-business hours of France for different entities. For our process, candidate should have very good grasp of French language in terms of comprehension as well as written. We are getting most of the profiles without experience in voice based process. We will prefer to have people with experience in voice based process. Candidate should be ready to work in 24/7 operation including day/night shifts.
