In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation while adhering to all relevant regulations and customs requirements.

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee the entire shipping process, from pickup to delivery
• Arrange and negotiate transportation services with carriers, including air, sea, and land freight
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
• Manage customs clearance processes and resolve any issues that may arise
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and customs officials
• Stay up-to-date with changes in international shipping regulations and industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that may occur during transit

• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Experience with transportation management systems and inventory management software
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and 
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade regulations
• Knowledge of multimodal transportation methods and their applications
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple 
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic.French is a plus
