Freelance Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Healthcare meets Impact & Aesthetics)

We’re on a mission to build Europe’s first iconic fertility brand — combining science, emotion, and storytelling to make reproductive care more human, hopeful, and accessible.

Now, we need someone to own and grow our voice online — and turn followers into fans, and fans into patients.

Your role:
As our freelance social media manager & content creator, you’ll be the guardian of our voice and vibe across platforms. You will:

• Create short-form video content for Instagram & TikTok (Reels, behind-the-scenes, founder content, patient stories, trends, etc.)

• Write captions, plan content calendars, and manage posting schedules

• Grow engagement, followers, and community across channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Track performance and feed insights back into content strategy

• Collaborate with our marketing team to keep things consistent but fresh

We want content that’s emotionally resonant, educational, and subtly persuasive — not generic “healthcare posts.”

Your profile:
You’re a creator at heart with a talent for aesthetics. The skill to translate a brand into powerful, high-converting content.

You likely have:

• Proven experience running and growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts (personal, client, or brand) + 50k followers

• A sense of aesthetics, tone, and emotional storytelling — especially for health, wellness, or premium lifestyle

• Strong video editing skills (Reels/TikTok style), and an eye for viral formats

• Passion for psychological hacks in marketing

• Ability to work independently, spot trends, and move fast

• Portuguese native speaker, English professional level 

• Bonus: You’ve worked in healthcare, femtech, fertility, or emotional service brands

You know how to turn feelings into content, and content into trust.
