Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (Freelance)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Freelance Consultant to support our clients through high-impact missions.

As an external expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments across organizations of all sizes and sectors — public, private, industry, services, non‑profit, and more.

You will have the opportunity to work on both long-term strategic projects and shorter, more targeted assignments, depending on your expertise and availability. Long-Term Assignments & Diverse Projects

Your Role

You will collaborate directly with business and IT teams to transform their Digital Workplace:

• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform.
• Act as a expert for migration, integration, and modernization projects.
• Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into concrete technical solutions, and produce clear technical documentation.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and adoption programs.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams while keeping full freelance flexibility.

 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and project delivery.
• Expertise in one or more domains: SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance, Powershell.
• Experience with migrations to Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of identity, security, and governance concepts.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft certifications (MS‑100, MS‑700, MS‑900, PL‑200…) are highly valued.
• Autonomy, reliability, and a desire to work on diverse and impactful assignments.
