Job Description

Senior Artworker (Production) — Freelance
Location: Hong Kong (hybrid)
Contract: Freelance, Seasonal fixed-term engagement, with potential re-engagement in future seasons.

About the role
We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Artworker to partner closely with Management and the Lead
Artworker. You’ll own day-to-day production quality, coordinate handoffs with Management, and
ensure on-time delivery across print and digital.

What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end artwork production across multi-channel deliverables aligned to briefs and
timelines.
• Translate Management feedback into accurate, print- and digital-ready outputs; ensure brand
consistency.
• Plan and prioritise workflow with the Lead Artworker.

• Troubleshoot technical issues (file corruption, font conflicts, colour management) and uphold pre-
press standards.

Requirements
• 3–5+ years in artwork/production within a studio or in-house team; luxury/cultural sector
experience preferred.
• Advanced layout/typography and production retouching; meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of print production, pre-press, and RGB/CMYK colour management; digital
publishing experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; and DAM systems is a huge plus
• Excellent communicator who partners effectively with Management and resolves issues quickly.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
