As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, engaging with candidates and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies and tools. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and culture. Maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process with both candidates and clients. Manage and update candidate pipelines efficiently. This position offers you flexibility in your work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely while managing your own schedule.

Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
