Job Description

Freelance Project Manager (Immediate – End of March)Location: NYC (hybrid preferred)Timeline: ASAP through March 31

Key Responsibilities:

•
Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams

•
Build and maintain timelines, task tracking, and status documentation

•
Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Client Services teams

•
Manage scopes, track burn against budgets, and flag risks proactively

•
Lead internal status meetings and ensure clear next steps and accountability

•
Support client communications as needed

Ideal Experience:

•
5+ years experience in a creative agency or experiential environment

•
Strong understanding of scoping, resourcing, and budget tracking

•
Comfortable managing fast-paced, high-touch clients

•
Experience with Airtable (or similar PM tools) preferred

•
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and extremely organized

Immediate availability required.

Comp: 8k-10k/month
