The Marketplace Manager (m/f/x) will oversee Contorion’s performance on Amazon, eBay, and other key European marketplaces, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Marketplaces, this role is key to achieving Contorion's 30% net revenue growth goal.


Your Tasks:
• You co-manage marketplace accounts with a focus on profitability, assortment optimization, and identifying opportunities for international and local expansion, while enhancing product listings, improving SEO, and elevating the overall customer experience.
• You monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, margin, TACOS, and ACOS, through regular performance reviews and targeted SKU-level strategies,  including pricing, ads, and promotional strategies.
• You plan and execute advertising campaigns, leveraging keyword research and process automation tools like ChannelAdvisor.
• You ensure marketplace compliance with regulations (e.g., GPSR) and foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as logistics, category management, and customer service.
• You support the customer service team with prompt, accurate responses to marketplace queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient escalation handling.


Your Profile:
• You have proficiency with eCommerce tools like ChannelAdvisor or Amazon Seller Central, and strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and collaborate cross-functionally.
• You bring experience with feed management tools like Product Up or Akeneo, which is a plus.
• You are familiar with SQL and Looker Studio for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• You have a deep understanding of PPC advertising, keyword optimization, and SEO for marketplaces.
• You have a proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
