Your Responsibilities:
The opportunity:
To become an adjunct lecturer at a university of applied sciences sharing your knowledge and passion with students from all over the world
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the course (language of instruction: English), in particular: fundamentals of business models, operational corporate management and requirements for controlling and cost accounting; Classification in the operational accounting system; Terms, definitions and theoretical principles; Cost accounting systems; Cost-type accounting; Cost Centre Accounting; Cost unit accounting; Cost unit time accounting; Break Even Point Analysis; Flexible planned cost accounting; Basics of operational controlling system; Key performance indicator system Profitability etc.
• Preparation and evaluation/grading of students
Your profile:
• Relevant professional experience
• Place of residence should be in or near Hamburg/Germany (lectures to take place on-site or in a hybrid model)
• Completed relevant university studies
• Teaching experience at universities is preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Organizational skills and willingness to work hard
• Experience working in international environments welcome
• Must be eligible for freelance work if you are a non-EU citizen, e.g. you have full- or part-time employment or are a full-time registered freelancer
