Freelance Appointment Setter (US Market)

About the Role
Properstar is looking for confident and motivated Appointment Setters to support our US sales team.
In this role, you will work directly with a Properstar Sales Representative to connect with real estate agents and agencies who are already publishing listings on Properstar and have active accounts in our system.
Your goal will be to:
Reach out to assigned contacts (phone, email, and/or other channels)
Introduce and explain current special promotions
Educate them on the opportunity
Book qualified calls/demos for the Sales Representative
Ensure the Sales Representative completes the scheduled appointment
You will receive guidance, messaging support, and best-practice coaching from the Sales Rep you are partnered with.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact real estate professionals in the US market
Clearly communicate promotional offers
Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional tone
Handle initial objections confidently
Schedule qualified appointments for the assigned Sales Rep
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
Ideal Candidate
Confident speaking with cold or semi-cold contacts
Friendly, persuasive, and professional communication style
Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
Self-motivated and reliable
Comfortable working independently in a freelance capacity
Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus)
Compensation
$10 USD per completed appointment
(An appointment is considered completed when the Sales Rep successfully holds the scheduled call.)
This is a performance-based freelance opportunity with flexible working hours.
