Job Description

Want to join a winning team building one-of-a-kind, high-end custom homes, barns, arenas, wedding venues and other amazing buildings? Our fast-growing design/build construction firm is looking for talented carpenters to join our crews.

*Must be located in Oregon or Washington and able to be on-site in the Portland Metro area.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in carpentry is preferred.

Ability to perform rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures.

Willingness to learn. Our projects are most likely a bit different than your typical framing projects so come ready to learn!

Exposed post and beam experience is a plus, but basic framing knowledge is required.

Attention to detail is a must! While we do have a fast-paced work environment, we do not sacrifice quality for speed and all of our crew members will be held accountable for the quality of their work.

Strong work ethic and high character.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

Must work well with others and be self-motivated.

Must have reliable transportation

This position consists mostly of custom framing, exposed post and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation.

Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience, with healthcare, dental, and retirement benefits available after 30 days of employment.
