We are seeking a Framer Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in designing and building high-quality, performance-driven websites. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibilities with hands-on execution and enjoys shipping fast, iterative web experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to create landing pages, marketing websites, and rapid experiments that go live quickly and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end website creation process using Framer, with support from tools like Figma and Webflow when required.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready websites.
• Design, build, and optimize landing pages focused on conversion and performance.
• Continuously iterate on website layouts and content based on feedback, analytics, and performance data.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency while experimenting with new layouts, interactions, and ideas.
• Ensure websites are fast, responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Framer.
• Strong understanding of website design principles, layout, typography, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience working with low-code / no-code web design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma for design handoff and collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Webflow and/or WordPress.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and performance in live websites.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
