FP&A Manager

Enclosed is the job description:

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the FP&A team at UltraViolet Cyber. The FP&A Manager, reporting to the Director of FP&A, will be a strong contributor to strategic financial modelling and reporting and regularly partner with leadership to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and all operating decisions are grounded in financial rigor.

Responsibilities:

Support financial model, including a P&L, balance sheet and statement of cashflows, three year projections and comparison of actuals to prior periods and budget
Own reporting to critical stakeholders including leadership, private equity owners and lenders, with reports including budget versus actuals, utilization, gross margin reporting and debt compliance covenant tracker
Maintain annualized contract value waterfall of all contracts
Partner with CFO and Director of FP&A on quarterly board reporting
Partner with CFO and Director of FP&A on budgeting process
Work closely with accounting to ensure budget is imported into Unanet (accounting software), and chart of accounts in Unanet maps to model and leadership accountability items
Partner with sales and marketing on revenue reforecasting, building unit economic models per product for pricing/packaging
Work with Director of FP&A, CFO and Controller on FP&A integration of acquisitions

Requirements

Undergraduate university degree
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A at a large corporation or investment institution, with preference for investment banking or private equity experience
Masterful experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Netsuite a strong plus
Curiosity to work with data from discrete systems
Ability to analyze and manipulate data robustly, and understand how to open the hood and use the data to create actionable results
Ability to effectively communicate with internal Finance team and cross-functionally with critical stakeholders
