Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support our business.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to our Auburn Hills office location a minimum of 2 days per week.
Your RoleYou are a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager tasked with facilitating and contributing with FP&A team in driving strategic financial planning and decision-making. This role is collectively involved in all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support our organizational goals and financial objectives.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy and alignment in our annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and conducting detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities. Lead in preparing comprehensive financial reports in Jedox for senior management and stakeholders that support decision-making across the organization. Additionally, prepare and monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts to develop financial plans and metrics.
Lead in preparation of Client P&L’s, Contribution Margin and Product Line reporting for senior management and stakeholders that drive decision making profitability
Your Skills
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and work in a group setting

Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with AI.

Salary Range: $120k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
