Position Summary
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to provide insights that support business decisions, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop financial models and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
Business Partnering
• Partner with stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Provide financial guidance on costs, investments, and initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis.
• Present insights to senior management.
Process Improvement
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Strategic Support
• Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and scenario analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or similar roles (experience in scale-ups or high-growth environments is a plus).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek & English.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent) would be a plus.
