About the Role

We’re strengthening our financial capabilities to support Mangopay’s continued growth across Europe and the UK. As an FP&A Expert, you will be a key partner in shaping our payments economics, influencing pricing decisions, and driving commercial performance.

This is an individual contributor role: you’ll be the expert who gets deep into the data, builds robust models, and brings sharp financial insights to all Leadership teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build, improve, and maintain transaction-level unit economics models to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Support pricing strategy and take an active role in commercial negotiations by providing clear, data-driven insights.

• Deliver accurate net revenue forecasts and monitor performance against targets.

• Lead monthly performance reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Analyse new products and payment methods to assess financial impact and viability.

• Collaborate with Product to optimise payment routing and improve margins.

• Support negotiations with networks and banking partners through quantitative analysis.

• Contribute to budgeting cycles and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.

• English fluent is mandatory, other language would be an asset (french)

• Deep understanding of payment economics, including interchange, scheme fees, and acquiring models.

• Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and challenge complex models.

• Comfortable presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and a willingness to get hands-on with the details.
