What is FP&A Business Partner?

The FP&A Business Partner-Jazz Cash will work on reporting and analysis in developing a wholistic performance overview of the DFS. He/she will also be responsible for KPI reporting, forecasting and articulating the actual performance against targets and business plan. The individual is also expected to engage with external stakeholders where necessary, build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration where possible and must work with the DFS product/service and bank’s teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.

What does FP&A Business Partner do?

· Prepare KPI reporting, ensure completeness of all KPI reports. Align business definitions

· Performance Management and dashboards preparation for management

· Analyze performance of the business on Key Performance Indicators

· Periodic management reporting requiring presentation decks for shareholders and higher management

· Assist the business teams in the preparation of forecast and business plan.

· Participate and organize the business challenge meetings

· Engage with external stakeholders where necessary, build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration where possible and must work with the product/service and bank’s teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.

Requirements:
What are we looking for and what does it take to be the FP&A Business Partner?

· 3-5 years with at least 2 years in management reporting, business analytics, or performance management

· Relevant Graduate/Undergraduate degree or professional finance certification

· Hands on working experience in financial models in Excel; desirable expertise in BI Tools/SQL

· Strong analytical skills

· Teleco, bannking and financial services; Relevant experience in Fintech will be preferred

· Structured doer with the ability to handle multiple tasks at hand

· Strong business sense and understanding of financial concepts and numbers
