About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled FP&A analyst to join our team. As an FP&A analyst, from the accounting closings, you will generate dashboards, producing vertical and horizontal analysis by accounts and cost centers, in addition to calculating and analyzing KPIs such as LTV, CAC, Net Dollar Retention, ARR and Churn.

Budget, Forecast and Cash Flow models, considering different scenarios, will be part of your daily activity.You will have a close relationship with the Controllership and HR team to align allocations and apportionments and obtain inputs always to have accurate projections. We offer you a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-level exposure to different initiatives and projects.

On a typical day, you will…

• Review of the monthly financial statement.

• Review Cost centers and accounts allocations

• Interact with the controllership area to bring the best accurate Data

• Manage the reclassifications and provisions needed in the P&L

• Manage the chart of accounts and suggest improvements

• Manage the cost center structure and suggest improvements

• Build financial models in Excel.

• Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools.

• Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports.

• Support the construction and management of financial models and databases.

• Prepare ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Do Actual x Budget analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow.

• Assist the preparation of planned budgets and long-term forecasts for the business.

• Prepare financial viability analysis of new investments.

What You'll Need To Bring

• Bachelors in business administration, engineering, economics, accounting or similar.

• Knowledge of the main Financial Statements: Balance sheets, P&L and Cash Flow.

• Experience in Financial Planning.

• Experience in Financial Modeling.

• Fluency in English.

What is nice to have

• Experience in SaaS Industry

• Power BI / Data Studio skills preferred.

• Advanced Excel (VBA preferred).
