FP&A Analyst at Miinto
Location: Copenhagen S (on-site, office-first)

Miinto is looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to enhance our analytical and forecasting setup to support the financial direction of our international fashion platform. You will turn data into clear insights that enable better, faster decisions across the business.
What You’ll Work On
Analytics & Insights: Conduct commercial deep-dives, profitability analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support growth and efficiency - with a strong focus on operational performance, especially within Freight & Fulfillment.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Support and enhance our planning cycles by building scenario models and developing forecasting tools that guide decision-making. Build and maintain financial models that create transparency around performance and future outlooks.
Reporting Development: Improve visual reporting and dashboards together with BI, ensuring the business has clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and natural curiosity
Advanced Excel skills like PowerQuery etc.
Strong PowerPoint and visualization skills - experience with ThinkCell is an advantage
Experience with Power BI is a plus but not required
