As part of the expansion plans in Canada, we are looking for experienced, energetic and passionate STORE MANAGER. This position reports directly to the District Manager.

As the Store Manager, you must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team.
In collaboration with the District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top-line sales growth, and coaching store associates to consistently deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. The Store Manager understands key business drivers and adjusts the business accordingly.

Ensure visual merchandising and apparel presentation standards are executed
Maintain store image, cleanliness, and window display standards
Support payroll management through effective scheduling and floor coverage
Ensure consistent product replenishment and size availability
Manage inventory, stockroom organization, and stock flow
Oversee loss prevention and safety procedures

Demonstrates strong business acumen, customer focus, and decision-making ability.
Optimize selling floor to drive maximum productivity and conversion
Execute company strategies by setting clear expectations and accountability
Maintain strong product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities (fits, fabrics, collections, trends)
Analyze sales trends and react quickly to business needs
Support assortment awareness including new deliveries and key items

Ensure execution of operational and administrative tasks

The Store Manager may perform other related duties, with customer service at the forefront, as required by the Company and/or field leadership.
What experience should you have?
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment (apparel preferred)
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reports and identify trends
Comfortable making decisions and managing conflict within a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
Strong product awareness and commercial mindset
Customer- and brand-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
What are the physical requirements?
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, move, and handle product up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and use step stools
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong manual dexterity and coordination
Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings as needed
Frequent movement including standing, reaching, bending, and lifting
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and management

Pay range: $60,000 - $65,000
