Salary range: Rs 12000000 - Rs 14000000 (ie INR 120 - 140 LPA)

What You'll Do

● Develop and deploy essential product features across the technology stack, including Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures.

● Manage the entire product lifecycle by engaging directly with customers to comprehend their needs, define solutions, and achieve desired results.

● Move swiftly when necessary, discerning when to create a minimum viable product (MVP) and when to invest in robust, scalable foundations.

● Elevate quality standards by adhering to best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security.

What You Bring

● Solid software engineering skills to design, troubleshoot, and deliver dependable systems.

● Experience with Python or TypeScript, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire necessary skills.

● Background in building AI products end-to-end, whether at a startup, through side projects, or at scale.

● Versatility across frontend, backend, and infrastructure development.

● Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, negotiate priorities, and deliver solutions.

● Proven initiative, evidenced by independently launched projects or contributions to open source.

Bonus Points:
● Prior experience at early-stage startups focused on AI, voice technologies, or event-driven systems.
● Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as Kubernetes or distributed system architectures.
● Demonstrated customer empathy gained through roles like founder or support.
