At Solve Intelligence, we’re building the AI-powered infrastructure for the global Intellectual Property landscape. We need a high-agency Founding RevOps/Growth Engineer to build the data-driven engine that fuels our exponential growth.
🏗️ The Role: Founding RevOps/Growth Engineer
You’ll be joining the leanest, most talent-dense engineering team in London. This isn't a traditional "marketing" or "ops" role - it is an engineering discipline. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, building the technical systems that quantify and accelerate our 20-30% MoM growth.
What you’ll own:
• Growth Infrastructure: Design and build the full-stack systems to track, analyze, and optimize the entire user journey - from first touchpoint to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Product Analytics: Architect our observability stack (PostHog, Grafana, Datadog) to uncover deep insights into user behavior and AI feature performance.
• Pipeline Engineering: Develop automated workflows to flag unengaged users, optimize lead routing, and build "high-signal" alerts for our GTM team.
• Experimentation Engine: Rapidly deploy and measure growth experiments, from top-of-funnel acquisition hacks to in-product engagement loops.
• Metric Strategy: Partner with the founders to define the north-star metrics that will guide our trajectory toward a billion-dollar valuation.

You’ll work directly with a founding team of AI PhDs and systems experts:
• Sanj (CRO): PhD in AI (Gatsby Unit, UCL), ex-Huawei R&D, former lead at Magic Carpet AI (acquired).
• Chris (CEO): PhD in AI (UCL), published researcher, ex-Dyson and Alan Turing Institute.
• Angus (CTO): MEng Computer Science, ex-Qualcomm and Coremont (Brevan Howard)

• Strong Full-Stack Skills: You can jump into the frontend to tweak a sign-up flow or the backend to optimize a data pipeline.
• Exceptional Product Sense: You understand the user psychology behind why people engage with (or churn from) a product.
• Growth Intuition: A track record of using code to solve business problems and drive measurable revenue impact.
Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:
• Tooling Mastery: Experience with PostHog, Segment, Datadog, or similar analytics/observability suites.
• Experimentation Veteran: Experience running A/B tests and multi-variate experiments at scale.
• AI Interest: A deep curiosity about how AI products specifically can leverage "viral loops" and product-led growth.
