The Mission::
• Small businesses don’t have time for jargon. They want results, fast.
• Your job is to make them instantly get what our AI agents can do for them — and feel like they’re missing out if they don’t start today.
• You’ll own the story, positioning, and go-to-market motion for new products and launches — defining how Gushwork is understood, adopted, and loved by SMBs everywhere.
What You’ll Do::
• Positioning & Narrative
• Build a category around AI-powered inbound growth, not “AI tools.”
• Develop our messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and differentiated.
• Ensure consistency of narrative across all touchpoints (website, pricing, decks, emails, content).
Launches & Go-to-Market
• Partner with Product and Growth to design and lead the go-to-market for new AI agents, features, and pricing models.
• Be responsible for launch strategy end-to-end — messaging, creative, collateral, campaigns, landing pages, and internal training.
• Post-launch, monitor and iterate aggressively; optimize adoption, retention, and feedback loops.
Sales & Funnel Enablement
• Develop sales enablement tools - one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, objection handling playbooks, case studies.
• Create and maintain messaging systems so SDRs, AEs, marketing, and campaigns are fully aligned.
• Work with RevOps / Growth to A/B test messaging, pricing, and website copy; analyze funnel performance and iterate.
Market Insight & Research
• Become deeply attuned to SMB psychology: how they evaluate, buy, trust, and adopt software.
• Conduct competitive analysis, agency-alternatives research, win/loss studies, and trend scans to discover whitespace.
• Translate customer interviews, churn data, and usage signals into sharper positioning and messaging.
You’ll Thrive Here If::
• Required / Must-Have
• 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / tech, ideally with SMB-focused or hybrid business models.
• Proven ability to turn “what it does” into “why it matters” in messaging.
• Experience with analytics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization.
• Deep understanding of SaaS buying cycles.
• Strong curiosity, data-driven mindset, and ability to work in ambiguity.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills; storytelling chops.
• Creative taste — you can sense when copy or design “clicks”
• Strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Experience in AI / automation / marketing tech
• Domain familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, distribution sectors.
• Prior experience doing launches end-to-end in a growth phase.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools, experimentation platforms.
Level, Scope & Growth Path::
• This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and leverage.
• You will not start with direct reports, but over time may build and lead a small PMM team.
• You’ll operate within a strong GTM ecosystem — collaborating with marketers, sales, product/engineering.
• You’ll have visibility, influence, and opportunity to shape company-wide strategy, branding, and messaging direction.
