About Juryo

Juryo is building the agentic AI platform for small and mid-sized law firms, starting with high-volume B2C practices (extranjería, LSO, laboral, deudas, civil). Our voice and WhatsApp agents already qualify clients, generate documents, manage cases, and handle billing workflows, delivering over 2× improvement in lead conversion for our customers.

What you’ll do:

Build

Architect and ship agentic workflows across voice, WhatsApp, and email

Build RAG pipelines, automated document systems, and high-throughput data flows

Ship full-stack features end-to-end

Scale

Improve latency, reliability, and performance across the platform

Harden infrastructure to support thousands of daily agent interactions

Set up observability, monitoring, and deployment workflows

Own

Work directly with legal teams and real users

Turn ambiguous problems into shipped product in days

Drive engineering culture, best practices, and early hiring principles

Take full responsibility from idea design code deployment
