As a Founding Engineer, you will work directly with founders, influence key technical decisions, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product and engineering roadmap. This role demands strong ownership, a product mindset, and the ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments where speed, clarity, and execution matter.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems across web, mobile, or AI/ML stacks.
• Own end-to-end feature development from concept to production.
• Drive architecture and technology decisions aligned with long-term product vision.
• Build and ship production-grade applications with performance and reliability in mind.
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams including product and design.
• Establish strong engineering practices, coding standards, and scalable processes.
• Contribute to product thinking, user experience improvements, and roadmap prioritization.

• 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong system design and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience building and deploying production-ready applications.
• Proficiency in one or more relevant technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, Golang, Java, Django, ReactJS, React Native, Android, iOS, or Large Language Models.
• Product mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions while collaborating effectively with founders.
